brandonde This looks a bit oversized. Will it fit a size 8-10? Does bust mean 36inches around? So, 18 inches across?

emilyjohnson225 @brandonde Yes, it's 18 inches across! Although the size is US 2-4 it is a bit oversized, so I would say it could fit a size 6-8 but it may be a bit snug for a 10
