hellomissb I put time and thought in to each purchase I send out. I send extras 95% of the time and I always try to make my buyers feel like they are opening a gift. I thought that was what the "posh community" was about. I've ordered lots in my few months on here and only 2 of my fellow poshers took the time to make my purchase special.

hellomissb I recently sent a buyer a pair of pants that she purchased for FOUR dollars. I sent an extra pair of colored skinnies free simply because every girl NEEDS skinnies in every color. She gave me only 3 stars because they weren't a true size. But they were, only in juniors. It's very frustrating that time, extras, & just trying to be a nice person isn't enough most times.

hellomissb My items are mostly purchased super cheap and if they aren't I'm usually okay with accepting low ball offers anyway. Obviously I'm not here to make money when I usually only earn like a dollar after posh gets theirs. I do it for fun. Or did. I think it was short lived. Not so much fun anymore. :\

sueand27 I completely get it! I try to give very clear descriptions. Lots of pics. I will tell you if they are one size but fit me better when I was a smaller size. I just had someone report that the $8 pair of jeans they ordered where not as described. Probably because they didn't fit. Didn't try to contact me first. I took it personally and know I shouldn't. I understand buyers remorse on big ticket items. But little purchases! Come on, just relist them.

I guess we should try to remember that there are some people that you could give gold and they'd still complain that it wasn't big enough... although, easier said than done, I think. :\ I'm trying to tell myself that for every 1 complainer there are 100 appreciative people. At least I hope...And today I got an awesome review from a very sweet buyer... I think the good definitely out weighs the bad! =D
