Glam 80s belt

Gold and bedazzled buckle with an elastic waist band. There are some minor stains because this belt did live through the 80s. Relaxed the belt is 28” and can stretch to 31”. It can be made smaller by pulling in the elastic at the buckle. The elastic is 2” in height
