Glam envy nannette black dress

Size small (I feel like it fits like an extra small though!) Cut out dress from glam envy. Material is 96 polyester and is hand wash only. I tried it on and it was too small and I never returned it. The picture of me wearing it is a size medium. I'm 5'2 120 lbs.
