This Glam dress is beautifully crafted. The upper part of the dress is like a t-shirt material just a little fancier. The waist is banded with a thick black elastic band to separate the skirt. It's a beautiful hot pink rayon that looks like a chiffon. Its gorgeous. NWOT. A-30. A3013
