Glass & Gemstone Fan Necklace

This necklace appears to be handmade - just a guess, there is no tag on brand mark on it. Features Glass beads, and gemstone chips, and sticks. Silver tubes appear to be Sterling, but cant confirm that since it may be plated. Purchased at an Estate Sale and there was not much info offered on it. Clasp is a screw barrel type. 18” length.
