Glass Top Hat - Westmoreland Old English Hobnail

Clear Old English Glass Top Hat Made by Westmoreland in the 50's. They make a beautiful tealight holder, or a great toothpick holder. Or even a vase for a cute little bouqet of violets. It measures 3" in height. It is in excellent vintage condition without any chips or scratches.
