Honey-Lemon & sugar not included!
I used this after my baby to help calm my anxiety while breast-feeding; I addded 1 tablespoon of 100% raw honey & raw sugar (as pictured) & a squirt of lemon juice so it wouldn’t taste bland.
You can boil the water & or run the tap until its scolding hot & drop the flower bud inside;put the top back on & when it looks like a floating flower (10-15 mins) that’s when it’s ready to drink.
•I’d add honey, raw sugar, & lemon after.
I didn’t want the bud to be sticky & not bud.
•Id also add (Traditional medicinals) organic mothers milk “FENNEL & FENUGREEK” tea bags for lactation support to help produce more milk & drink it in a all lavender salt-bubbles & bath bomb bath to relax
-It’s OK to mix both teas & add any teabag that’s caffeine free (if not) add more water to stretch your tea. But if you’re not doing it for anxiety try no caffeine while experiencing attacks.
-POST pregnancy i experienced bad anxiety & producing less milk so I also used this for my menstrual cramps that hurt worse after my C-SECTION
I’d add 1 slice of a raw onion to boiling water, remove it, use that water with a green tea (raw honey & sugar) onion water also helps with all cramps & to remove gas.
I will get pics from the manufacturer to show what the tea flower will look like bloomed & so you know where to buy more of these lavender buds & many other kinds on amazon is the only place I know, but any tea will work.
