Glenrob crepe fabric dress w dramatic scoop back

This dress is very classy and looks modern Black stretchy crepe-like fabric with a crinkle texture It has a delicate rhinestone neckline and a dramatic low scoop back Dress is lined and also has thin shoulder pads, which give it that structured look. Dress is vintage early 90s: Brand is Glenrob Ltd. It's made in the USA, and has a tag from the ILGWU (International Ladies' Garment Workers Union) which ceased to exist in 1995 when it merged with other unions. Size is a 9/10, fits like a small !! Good used condition. Minor flaw on the rhinestone shown in photo
