Includes dress, petticoat (if you want), gloves, crown, and wand. Bought the dress and hand crystaled it and made the crown and wand myself. Hundreds of hours went into this costume. There are tears in the tulle but it’s because of the repositions of crystals. It doesn’t show. Everything is exactly how it was photographed. Also selling my daughters Dorothy costume.
