Glitter Cowgirl Hat with Neon Pink Lighting

Custom made glitter cowboy/cowgirl hats! They also have a battery pack and light up neon pink. These hats are perfect for concerts, nights out, bachelorette parties, and FUN! The glitter is sealed on the hat but can still flake off. The rhinestones are secured with E6000 adhesive so they should not come off. More colors available soon!!
