Hi! Are these a COMFORT shoe/Foam & Rubber throughout?? Or are they hard on the foot bed? Are any hard materials used on the sole or heel?

@4amor2day yes they run true to size. They are all rubber on the sole but they are cheap shoes so they are not made for comfort or to last a long time.
