This is a one of a kind gown! I bought the top part of the dress at Glitz (size 10) and my mom made the bottom part of the dress. Black glitter tulle princess gown with a beaded deep V halter. Absolutely gorgeous! Let me know if you want more information! It's a size 10 top but the tulle on the bottom is very forgiving. Padded bra inserts.
