nardacci @dollglo hello. I'm not sure what this is about but I most certainly did not block you. As a matter of fact I was giving it time for you to hear back from support. If I didn't hear from you tomorrow I was going to message you to see if you still wanted the order or if you wanted to cancel. in my experience support takes about a day to respond.

dollglo This is what I got from Poshmark Customer support. You have it listed under "other" and not clothing thus I got charged Sales Tax. Not good. I want my money back unless you give me some kind of credit for that bogus sales tax. It should have been listed under clothing. After all these hours I finally found out the reason. It wasn't me for sure. I paid and did everything right!!

dollglo I did get charged on my credit card. I just hung up with them and now I have to wait 7-14 days to get my money back. Not to mention the hours put into it. You could have relisted correctly and offered me the same offer so that I could purchase again but you made no mention of that. I wanted that outfit even though I would have to spend another 25-50 to have altered. This is why I didn't want to pay an additional tax that nobody benefits from but the state.

dollglo I wouldn't have been charged if it were canceled within 3 hours of payment. it's been two days. Too bad you didn't look into how it was listed and you would have known and canceled right away and start the process over. We only get charged for items in my state and not clothing.
