These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. They are 100% cotton. They are size petite extra large, the inseam measures 17 inches, the rise is 13 inches, the leg opening is 10 1/2 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 17 1/2 inches across and stretches to 21 inches across.
