Glorious sheer blouse with ruffle and bow accent. Size 14 USA

I thrifted this in rural Australia and I love it so much, but it never fit me. It is marked Australian size 16, so like a US women’s 14 or XL. Measurements are 20” across waist with very little stretch because of the buttons. 25” long from shoulder to hem. It is in beautiful condition. You can tie the collar as a bow up high like a choker or low near the buttons. Or as a knot instead of a bow.
