Glow and Glam Stick

Awesome product I apply this under my eyebrow before applying my eyeshadow for dramatic big eyes. Good color.. I also apply a little on my neck. I have a dark shadow on neck and this helps it. Smooth pencil blend with tip of finger. Made and Packaged in the USA.
