Glow-in-the-Dark Halloween Skirt

Handmade black skater skirt with spooky eyes that glow in the dark! Perfect for spooky season, Halloween, or year round goth looks. Super fun and very comfortable. Waistband is not stretchy, but it does have clasps in the back so that it will fit perfectly! It is slightly longer in the back than the front to give a little more coverage in the back.
