Go Rogue Skirt

Gonna have a hard time adequately describing this amazing skirt. The colors are navy, burnt orange, and mustard yellow. The design is soooo cool. Very stiff cotton that makes the skirt hang perfectly. And it has pockets!! Love pockets in a skirt. Says free size but the waist isn’t. It stretches some but only comfortably to around 15”. Ties in front. Wear a skinny top. 29” long
