Goebel Hummel "Merry Wanderer" Figurine

Goebel Hummel "Merry Wanderer" Figurine "Merry Wanderer" is one of the most iconic M.I. Hummel figurines! It features a jolly young traveler setting out on a new adventure with a red umbrella in case of rain and a well packed carpet bag. The piece is hand painted in warm earth tones, including brown, orange, grey, black and teal. The edge of the ceramic base is embossed with "M.I. Hummel" and the bottom is stamped with the large stylized bee mark. This mark is known as the TMK-3 mark and dates the figurine to between 1960-1972. (used primarily between 1960 through 1963) Figurine measures 5" tall x 3" wide x 2" deep.
