Goebel Spring Angel from the Archival Collection

Goebel Spring Love Angel from the Goebel Archival Collection. She is one of a limited series of four porcelain angels, one for each season. This series was made a long time ago but reintroduced as the archival collection with a limited production of 1,956 pieces.. She is number 317 out of the 1956 made. Spring brings Love in the form of a gentle lamb. She is approx. 6” tall with a wingspan of 3.5". Made of porcelain, her gown and wings have a shiny glaze, but her face, hair, hands, basket, and sash have a matte finish. There are matte highlights in the lower folds of her gown. She is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks of crazing. She is a beautiful addition to an angel collection, a manger/Nativity scene or as a stand alone decorative piece.
