It has spaghetti straps, and an open, loose fitting cut. The top is made from white floral lace, and the bottom is made from a stretchy, soft floral fabric. Since it's long it can be worn as a top paired with leggings or jeans, or as a mini dress, or swim suit cover up. There is some light pilling on the floral fabric on the bottom, and a grey spot on the front. See photos. Great 90s vibes!
