@ariellehamilton they run true to size. Regarding the insole, I believe it's also leather but can't verify. I added a picture of the inside of the shoe in case that helps. I know the shoe itself is natural leather. It's very soft and suede like and a flexible material.

@ariellehamilton it's definitely a size 10/41. It would not have fit my foot otherwise. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but these are flexible ballet flats. The sole is not a stiff flat sole, so I measured as best I could. I didn't want to damage the white leather with a measuring tape (I have the metal kind). I can't post more pictures because of the post limit, but if you send an email address, I'm happy to send additional pictures.
