Gold & Diamond Ring

This is a gold band with 2 rows of small diamonds going halfway around the ring. It's previously worn and owned (likely from the 1980's), so the gold is worn and one of the diamonds is chipped. Please see appraisal for authentication and true value. Marking says 71234 Size is approximately 7.
