Gold Filled Heart Moonstone Brooch with Blue Rhinestones Signed A&Z 120 12k This is a beautiful textured vintage heart brooch with a 10mm oval Moonstone. Also 4mm round faceted blue Rhinestones. All set on 120 12k Gold Filled metal. This lovely brooch measures about 1-1/4th inches long x 1-1/2 inches wide. Good working roll over clasp. Hallmark: 1/20 12k GF A&Z 3 Year: 1950-1970.
