Gold Flava Halter Dress Size 30 (runs small)

Colorful halter dress with metallic and bead detail on bust. Ties at the back of the neck. Difficult to measure, pit to put 23", easily stretches to 26", dress is pretty straight but not a lot of stretch below the bust, approximately 24" at waist. Pet and smoke free home.
