Gold Gemstone heart necklace pendant. Mothers pendant.

Real gold with gemstones Blue sapphire (Sept) 2 red garnets (Jan), diamond (April) and amethyst (Feb). When I bought it I look it to a private jeweler and had the color chips interchanged for minimal cost. Or just salvage the gold. Make me an offer!
