Gold Jewel Embellished Formal Floor Length Dress

I purchased this dress for prom and it is a one of a kind from a bridal boutique in my area. I spent $400+ altering it from a size 6 to a size 0/2. It has removable padding and fits close through the top and loosely below the waist. Only worn once for an event and well taken care of and stored. For fitting purposes my waist is about 25" and I am 5'9. I wear a B cup. I still have the paperwork from alterations and purchasing it. Possibly the tags as well but not totally sure.
