Reposhing this item I purchased from @freckledandfare. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
I wore it once. Had the length hemmed (I am 5’4”), the straps are fixed (not adjustable), and the waist taken in a bit. It fit great, I am a size 6/28.

@cocoacondie No, but it hit the floor for me, I think it would still look great if it fit a little shorter like tea length. Also has some stretch so could fit a range of sizes.
