@austindignan just added some pictures. But roughly 1 inch from lug to lug and 3/4 inch wide.

@austindignan The watch sizing is pretty easily adjustable. The one photo shows the one side which is a clasp you can open and slide it along the strap to set the sizing. Once you set the sizing right you just clip the other side in. So unless you have huge wrists it should fit most people once adjusted, the whole watch is 9 inches. You can open the sizing side with your nail or a flathead nothing fancy and snap it into place. Let me know if you have any other questions.
