This is so special!! I wore this as the finishing touch on a 1930’s gangster tour costume!! It was so perfect. I wore it with black pants, long sleeve black shirt, and high heeled black patent Oxford shoes. Used a beach wave crimper on my hair. Super cute and spunky!!
