Gold Vintage Cameo pendant

Unsure of the metals I believe this might have been a tie pin but turned into a pendant.the outside looks like it might be brass the inside of the actual cameo piece looks to be gold.I have not had it tested but the gold in both parts is definitely different.still a very nice unique piece.carnelian/brass and gold are what I think this is.
