Classy shawl from dress barn. NWT. Fring along the opening at front and along bottom. Swirly see-through body. Size Medium, Made in USA, Dry clean only, 90% Acetate, 10% metallic. Has shoulder pads, but if you're not into that, they could easily be removed by snipping a few threads.
