Gold and Black Strapless Ballgown Prom Dress

Black chiffon with beautiful gold detailing on the top going down to the hips and then ascending up from the bottom. Jewels within the gold detailing. Strapless, built-in bra, and laces up like a corset in the back. I am 5’4 and 125 lbs and recommend that someone my height wear a pretty tall heel (4-5 inches at least). I am pretty slim and usually wear a small, but these dresses run smaller in the waist.
