Gold and black cocktail dress

No name brand, gold and black shimmering cocktail dress. Label says size medium, is definitely on the small side. 37 inches from shoulder to bottom, 15 inches across. Zips up the side with hook and eye at the neck. Cocktail dress, flapper costume, play dress for a kid—100% polyester, made in China. I am 5'7" tall and the bottom of the dress just covers my butt.
