Skirt beads twirl when you do adding a 20s flare to the style. This dress can be either mini or midi depending on your height. This cannot be dry, cleaned and must be treated extremely carefully. That’s why you can see the hanger straps in some of the pictures. It’s quite heavy, and does require special treatment.
