Gold branch ring

This is a small gold ring with branches and leaves. Cute and sparkly. I am unsure of the size but it doesn't fit my pinky. But I also have chunky fingers and normally wear a size 9 for my pointer finger and thumb. This is not an adjustable ring, but I provided measurements in the last photo.
