Hi there… these earrings as they are not 18K gold. They are 18K gold plated over STERLING SILVER. That is what the tag says (18K OSS and most of Macy’s items are exactly that if you check their website. You may not have realized it but you don’t want someone to be unhappy with their purchase and have to return them.

I am not a professional jewelry seller so was just putting on there what I knew. that is also why I took a picture of the tag that cane w the earrings so that nobody would be misled.
