Gold flower brooch and clip on earrings set vintage

Vintage gold flower brooch and earrings by Giovanni. All three pieces stamped Giovanni. The finish is both matte and petal tips shiny. There is a tiny black spot on the brooch please see photos, may be an easy fix for a vintage jewelry connoisseur. I believe it is a small tarnish spot. Discounted the set for this reason.
