PERFECT HOLIDAY PARTY DRESS!! Vintage forever 21 (circa 2008?) gold glitter empire waist, halter top tie with built in cups. I loved this dress so much and there is a bit of wear on it. The strap will need to be repaired and a good dry clean in order, but if anyone is willing, it is a seriously gorgeous light weight piece.
