janicemosier @isabellav853 I never had a offer or sold the chain. I don’t receive any money until you receive the item. Poshmark doesn’t send me a label until the person purchases the item. I can’t cancel it because it wasn’t ever ordered. If you ordered it in November I never saw the sale and poshmark would cancel the order after so much time went bye. Can you look under your purchases and see what the sale number is. I never received payment because poshmark holds the money.
