lflores811 @npacker24 i am 5'4 i was wearing flats that day, used to wear s/m those days my size 5 pants used to fit except for the belly part obviously which i would just use a rubberband to strech the button or a band to cover the button and not button it at all, there is no brand to the dress or designer, feel free to make an offer i would be very happy to work with you
