Never worn. Tag on. Size L. 3/4 sleeve short dress. Scoop neck in the front, V neck back. Falls off the shoulder so a strapless bra would work best. Fully lined top to bottom. NOT itchy at all. I am usually a size M and this fits me but it’s tight! I’m 5’5” and 140 lbs. Great for NYE or any other holiday. Bought originally from Pink Lily Boutique.
