klaw1607 @jmaho201 yes it is. There is some wear on the bottom from running along the floor. I don't have the measurements unfortunately. I do not own a measuring tape. I'm a 36D and the waist is flared, no seam to measure.

klaw1607 @jmaho201 I'd say it could go either way..the reason being, when I bought this dress originally at a 10/12 it fit me everywhere perfectly, then found out I was pregnant and by the wedding I was 5 months along. I had to move up a size simply for my breast due to them growing during my pregnancy. The rest was all similar in size with the exception of the length.
