Gold sparkly drape neck top NWOT size M

Great dressy top! Easy to wear, drape neck fold fabric with sparkles. Great for a dressy night, or to layer with a cardi or jacket for fun! Can be dressed down too. Size M, has loops for a belt that I can’t find. Message me if you really want and I’ll see if I can locate the belt too :)
