Gold stud embellished blue cold shoulder tunic top

Dress it up or down! Embellished with gold looking studs on the front, this gorgeous and never worn royal blue tunic top features shoulder cut outs and 3/4 length sleeves. Recommendations are to turn inside out and machine wash separately in a lingerie bag, laying flat to dry. I’d probably just hand wash it. Made of 95% polyester, 5% Spandex.
