Gold (tone?) and diamond CZ ring size 8

Gold and diamond CZ ring size 8. Beautiful women's ring. Band is gold in color but I don't know if it is solid gold. Inside the band is stamped 18KG. There are 10 stones that look like diamonds, all the same size. Two stones on top and 8 stones surrounding the 2 on top. I've had this ring for years and honestly don't remember if it is real gold and diamonds. It is not tarnished and the color has not rubbed off or changed. It has never turned my skin a weird color.
