rachelhjenkins Hi @marieee96 😊 I'm not sure why the inside of the clasp is kind of worn down like that, I guess just wear & tear. I checked & the battery seems to have stopped running, I can get a new one, or you can take it as is for about half the price. I'm definitely open to offers tho, let me know if I can answer any other questions!
