Etude, a highly sought after Matisse brooch, is shown on page 103 in the book, "Copper Art Jewelry; a Different Luster" by Matthew L. Burkholz and Linda Lichtenberg Kaplan. This enamel and copper brooch is highlighted with a bold copper musical note against an orange and yellow scroll with black accents. The brooch measures 2-/2 inches long by 2 inches tall. Condition is very good.
