vintage skirt, live your best Golden Girl skirt life. pleated all around. would fit a L-2XL. at some point the previous owner made adjustments tonthe skirt by folding in the sides. but can def be let out. new owner can also take in the sides, add in elastics if needed. very easy to modify or rework into something else. depending on your height it can be a midi or maxi or even made into a mini.
